Educational Background:

Architecture or Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

BIM modelling for Structural, Architectural and Building Services projects;
Design coordination and detection of errors and omissions;
Assessment of design optimisation solutions;
Quantity take-off for Cost Estimation and Construction Planning and Control.

Technical Requirements:

Knowledge of Revit;
Ability to interpret Architectural and Engineering drawings;
Experience producing construction drawings using Revit is an advantage;
Experience in project coordination and management is an advantage.

Business and Sales Developer

Educational Background:

Management, Communication, Psychology, Architecture, Psychology, International Relations or related fields

Responsibilities:

Participate in the international expansion strategy for the BIMWorkplace solution
Identify and convert leads into satisfied customers, driving our sales.
Deliver technical product demonstrations, highlighting the value and features of BIMWorkplace.
Develop and organise webinars and other outreach activities that engage and educate the target audience.
Create innovative technical content on BIM methodology and BIMWorkplace, including training videos, best-practice articles, and supporting materials for communication and marketing.

Technical Requirements:

Experience in software sales
Proactivity, drive and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Results-oriented approach and ability to solve problems efficiently.
Passion for learning new technologies and ability to work independently.
Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

Marketing & Advertising

Educational Background:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field

Responsibilities:

Create a balanced, distinctive and versatile visual identity, conveying confidence and stability to customers while making our product easily recognisable across a wide range of settings;
Develop Inbound Marketing by implementing a set of marketing strategies based on creating and sharing content focused on a specific target audience, to gain permission to communicate directly with potential customers;
Define and implement a strategic plan for social media and e-commerce;
Create marketing campaigns and manage customer success;
Develop content (copywriting).

Technical Requirements:

Knowledge of integrated marketing management platforms (Hubspot/RDstation) and CRM platforms (Pipedrive/others);
Knowledge of graphic design applications (Adobe suite) is an advantage.

Educational Background:

Knowledge of 3D modelling software (Blender, Unity, 3DMax, etc.)
Knowledge of web development (html/css3/js) and CMS platforms (Wordpress or Joomla).

Full-stack developers

Educational Background:

Computer Engineering or a related field

Responsibilities:

Architecture, development, testing and troubleshooting (debugging);
Create reusable code and libraries for future use;
Accurately translate user and business needs into a functional platform;
Optimise the database.

Technical Requirements:

4 years of experience;
Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
Experience with C# and .NET Core Web API, Postgresql and Git;
Experience with Html/CSS/Javascript/Angular8+;
Knowledge of AWS (EC2, CI/CD, RDS, S3), Linux, Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage;
Knowledge of Autodesk Forge API, Revit API and Navisworks API is an advantage;
Knowledge of xUnit, NUnit, Moq, Jasmine and Cypress (or similar) is an advantage.
