BIM Engineer or Architect

Base Training:

Architecture or Civil Engineering

Functions:

• BIM Modeling of Structure, Architecture and Special Installations Projects;
• Project Compatibility and detection of errors and omissions;
• Study of project optimization solutions;
• Extraction of Quantities for Budgeting and Planning and control of works.

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge of Revit;
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans;
• Production of execution drawings using Revit is valued;
• Coordination and project management experience is valued.

Project Engineer

Base Training:

Civil Engineering; Specialization in Structural/Hydraulics or equivalent experience

Functions:

• Integrate the hydraulic/structural calculation and simulation process into the existing process of compatibility of specialties through the BIM methodology;
• Projects for the supply of drinking water, fires and drainage networks for domestic and rainwater wastewater; or design and test alternative structural concepts, perform detailed structural analyses, prepare calculation reports, specifications and measurements;
• Direct the evolution of the project, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Technical requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience;
• Proven experience in projects of a relevant size (Hospitality, Health, Residential Buildings with 10+ floors, Industrial Installations);
• Strong ability to work and adapt to different types of projects;
• Mastery of drawing in Autocad and Excel;
• Production of execution drawings using Revit is valued;
• In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes, relevant Brazilian and international standards is valued;

Backend Developer

Base Training:

Architecture, Civil Engineering or Computer Engineering

Functions:

• Architecture, development, testing and troubleshooting (debugging);
• Creating reusable code and libraries for future use;
• Accurately translate user and business needs into a functional platform;
• Optimize the database.

Technical requirements:

• 4 years of experience;
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
• Experience with C# and .NET Core Web API, Postgresql and Git;
• AWS (EC2, CI/CD, RDS, S3), Linux, Docker and Kubernetes will be valued;
• Javascript/Angular valued (for better communication with FE).

Front End Developer

Base Training:

Base Training:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing or similar

Functions:

• Create a balanced, striking and versatile graphic identity, conveying confidence and stability to the customer, in addition to facilitating the identification of our product in the most varied places;
• Develop Inbound Marketing by implementing a set of marketing strategies based on the idea of creating and sharing content with a focus on a specific target audience, to gain permission to communicate with the potential client directly;
• Definition and implementation of a strategic plan for social networks and e-commerce;
• Construction of marketing campaigns and customer success management;
• Content development (copywriting).

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge of integrated marketing management platforms (Hubspot/RDstation) and CRM (Pipedrive/others);
• Knowledge of graphic design applications (Adobe package) will be valued.

Base Training:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree Design, Multimedia or similar

Functions:

• Create a balanced, striking and versatile graphic identity, conveying confidence and stability to the customer, in addition to facilitating the identification of our product in the most varied places;
• Participate in future evolutions of the graphical aspect of the platform, always improving its UI/UX, contributing to its success;
• Develop videos and animations that convey the philosophy of the product and its business in a friendly and intuitive way.

Technical requirements:

• Knowledge of graphic design applications (Adobe package)
• Knowledge in 3D modeling software (Blender, Unity, 3DMax, etc.)
• Knowledge of web development (html/css3/js) and CMS platforms (WordPress or Joomla).
